01The Problem
Incumbents are slow, heavy, and a decade behind the work.
Trial and arbitration software has not kept pace with the matters it serves. Bundles that open instantly on a laptop are still loaded over coffee breaks in the room. Search is literal and shallow. Artificial intelligence, where it exists at all, is grafted on as a chat panel after the fact, and it invents as readily as it informs.
Cerulean was rebuilt around three convictions: that the product must be fast enough to disappear; that finding the right passage should sit at the heart of the product, not be bolted on to one side; and that nothing should ever appear on the screen that is not grounded in the evidence and one click from its source.

Grounded in the evidence. Nothing invented.
Cerulean Intelligence answers first from the bundle in front of it, and shows you exactly where every word comes from. It can also reach beyond the bundle (to reported authorities, case databases and the open web), but that out-of-bundle research is always kept separate from the evidence in the matter and clearly labelled as such, so the two are never confused. If the bundle does not support an answer, it says so plainly.
